Biography
Julia serves as Business Operations Manager at Glago Williams, LLC, where she brings a combination of financial and business strategy rigor, global perspective, and a genuine commitment to people-centered work.
A native of Puerto Rico who grew up between the island and New Orleans, Julia is a fluent English and Spanish speaker.
She holds a double major in Accountancy and Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame and began her career in consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she gained experience in process optimization, stakeholder management, and aligning operational strategy across organization initiatives.
Driven by a desire to connect business excellence with meaningful impact, Julia went on to earn her Master's in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility from EHL in Lausanne, Switzerland — graduating with High Honors. During her time there, she partnered with international businesses on real-world strategy and implementation projects, bringing an outside perspective to complex operational challenges.
At Glago Williams, Julia partners with firm leadership to manage and elevate the business operations. She is passionate about strengthening the firm's presence in the New Orleans community and ensuring that our firm values of service, commitment, compassion, and family feel are reflected in every initiative and interaction.
